Whole wheat cottage cheese rolls


1/3 cup water
1 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 large egg
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 pkg active dry yeast

Have all ingredients at room temperature unless otherwise specified in your owner's manual. Place ingredients in pan in the order listed. Select dough cycle. DO NOT use the delay timer. When cycle is complete, remove dough and devide into 4 equal sections. Divide each section into 3 equal parts; shape into balls. Place in greased muffin pan cups. Cover. let rise until indentation remains after lightly touching side of roll, about 30-40 minutes. Bake in preheated 375 F oven for 12-15 minutes.
